First Day of School on TEAM SYNERGY!

What a great first day of school. This morning we spent the first four hours together as a team. We played teambuilding games like "Captain's Coming" and "Chase the Bacon." Ms. Windhausen, Ms. Palombo, Ms. Sisson and Mr. Baroody did an "object share" to introduce themselves to the students. Students began working on letters to the team teachers to introduce themselves to us. And we completed a consensus-building exercise called "Spaceship" designed to improve discussion techniques and constructive interaction. After lunch, we had a quick recess outside before heading off to language classes, PE, and I-Block. All in all, a (warm) and exciting day.
